How it works

  • Once you purchase our 4 Day Strength Program, there will be 8 total workouts added to your home page for you to complete. 4 main workouts with 4 optional sessions!
  • To see the sessions on your home page once purchased, just scroll down until you see the strength, and strength accessory sessions.
  • The 4 day strength is enough volume to stimulate growth and get stronger, so there isn't much of a need to add in the extra days unless you really want to. If you complete the 4 day strength, the accessories sessions work as a whole new program as well.
